EthikaMusic's #LETSGETSIGNED program is a key part of the label's mission. Since 2020, we have flown over 400 musicians and producers to our HQ in Southern California, each with an opportunity to record in our state of the art music studio, and a chance for a multi-year record deal.

The #LETSGETSIGNED program allows us to not only provide opportunities to undiscovered talent, but it also helps connect us to local communities.
